It depends on the individual. Some people like a ring to fit perfectly on the finger (not too tight & comfortable), some prefer it a little loose, and some like it slightly tight and snug. It’s all according to each person’s comfort. To find the right size: ensure the ring sits comfortably on your finger without pain. You should be able to slide it over your knuckle without a struggle.
If you order the wrong size, contact us to begin the complimentary ONE free resize process within 6 months of when your piece was initially shipped out to you or first available for pick up in the showroom. We’ll confirm a new size with you and resize your ring free of charge. This complimentary resizing is available for adjustments up/down to 2 sizes. Please note that certain restrictions apply. Visit our showrooms to have your ring size accurately measured. Our jewellers typically take 14 to 20 business days to resize your ring.
Mail-In Resizing Option
If visiting a showroom is not convenient, you can arrange to send your ring back to us. Please ensure you provide the accurate new ring size, as we offer only one complimentary resizing per purchase. The shipping cost within Malaysia will be covered by Eternity.

The cost of sending the ring to us is your responsibility. Use registered post, include a tracking number, and pack the ring securely to prevent damage in transit.
Eternity will cover the cost of returning the resized ring to you via courier. We recommend using registered post with full insurance, signature on delivery, and proper packaging. Damages caused by inadequate packaging are not covered by Eternity. We will notify you once your ring is received and provide an estimated timeframe for the resizing process.
International Customers
If you are in a country without an Eternity showroom, you may send your ring to us at your expense. We will resize it for free and return it via FedEx at our cost. Alternatively, if you prefer to have the ring resized locally, please contact us to arrange a credit toward the resizing cost.
